Meet Ross Kellogg, LMFT

The past doesn’t have to determine the future.

Let’s find a better way forward.

You remember a time when exhaustion and loneliness weren’t the “norm,” but those days feel like a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’ve come to the right place.

Ross Kellogg Individual and Couples Therapist.jpg

I’m Ross, and I help individuals and couples just like you: ones that have it within them to feel in control of their emotional life and connected in their relationships, but just need the support to get there.

I help my clients find confidence, vitality, and partnership by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves and their significant other.

Many of today’s solutions for individual or couple’s therapy are standardized approaches lacking personalization, leaving so many feeling stuck and frustrated. I know that my clients’ circumstances are unique, so every step we take is tailored to you, and always with the end goal in mind.

First, we develop a clear understanding of all the different forces impacting individuals and their relationships. We strategically identify the factors causing the most stress. Then, we work on the insight development, behavior changes, and communication skills that will be most effective for them. By the end of our time together, my clients feel like they’re living a balanced and authentic life with fulfilling connections to loved ones.

I’m here to help you.

My training in codependency recovery, attachment-trauma, and couple’s therapy means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing yourself and your relationships. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” it, who understands what it means to be an individual struggling to find their confidence or connecting with their partner, right?

I get it because I have dedicated my career to working with individuals and couples facing these specific challenges. I know that this work is an investment and that, at times, the exhaustion can feel overwhelming. When we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
